Jeffrey C. Parry | Licensed General Contractor

As founder of Wilbur Bay Construction, Inc., Jeff Parry provides General Contracting and construction technical expertise that anchors the array of construction services offered by WBC.  Jeff has spent the last 28 years working for two Florida based General Contractors. Starting literally from the ground up, Jeff has routinely and successfully performed every task required to be a successful General Contractor.  Acting as superintendent, Jeff has traveled the State of Florida building football stadiums, correctional facilities, schools, condominiums, office buildings and banks. For the last 13 years Jeff has worked as a Project Manager and Chief Estimator for a successful General Contracting firm.  One of his primary responsibilities included the management of his firm’s financial and institutional accounts.  It was through one of those accounts that Jeff Parry met and began working with Ben Kraljev (WBC co-founder). Jeff and Ben developed a close working relationship that has spanned over 15 years. It soon became apparent to Jeff and Ben that they had the experience, expertise and motivation to work together which ultimately led to the creation of WBC and the decision to offer their combined skill sets to those needing help navigating the complex Florida construction market. The construction projects Jeff successfully estimated, permitted and managed varied from the construction and/or renovation of freestanding branch banks, office buildings, restaurants, retail spaces, warehouses, high end residential, medical offices, and nursing homes. Each project was completed on time, under budget and with superior quality. Jeff Parry obtained his Florida General Contractors license in 1985 and is currently using that license to qualify Wilbur Bay Construction, Inc.
